- Make sure the speaker is switched on.
- Check that the speaker is in Bluetooth Pairing Mode. The LED should be flashing white and the speaker should announce “Pairing.”
- If the speaker is already connected to another device, disconnect it by pressing the Multifunction button twice. It cannot be discovered by a new device while already connected.
- Turn Bluetooth off and back on again on your phone or tablet, then search for devices again.
- Move your device closer to the speaker and keep it within Bluetooth range.
- Restart both the speaker and your Bluetooth device, then try pairing again.
