My Speaker is not charging

Try the following:

• Make sure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the speaker and the power source.
• Use the supplied USB-C cable and a certified USB charger.
• Try a different USB cable, charger, or power outlet.
• Check the USB-C charging port for dust, debris, or damage.
• Leave the speaker connected to the charger for at least 30 minutes, especially if the battery has been completely discharged.
• Check that the charging LED shows. If no LED appears after trying a different cable and charger, the speaker may require service.
