My DB20 Speaker doesn't want to turn on

First check if your speakers has charge using the USB C port and the USB C cable provided.

Check if the charging light is visible:

• LED indicator will glow RED - Charging
• LED indicator will glow GREEN - Charged

If the lights are not coming on, try a different charging cable or power source

Try powering it on whilst connected to the charger
