Why are some of the buttons on my Mixx Analog Plus Record Player remote not functioning?

The remote control has been deigned for a new range of speakers made to complement the Mixx Analog Plus Record Player, which will be released shortly. Until those speakers are available, not all buttons will be fully functional.

If you’re using the record player with our Mixx Silver Point 5 speakers, you might notice that the Play/Pause button behaves a little differently. For example, pressing Pause on the remote will pause both the speaker and the record player. However, when you press Play again, the speaker may not resume immediately if it’s still paused.

If this happens, simply point the remote at the main speaker to resume playback, and check that the record player itself is not paused. You can unpause or restart playback directly on the record player if needed.

This behaviour is normal when using the current speakers and doesn’t indicate a fault — once the new speaker range is released, all remote functions will operate as intended.
