If your Mixx StreamBuds Switch S7 earbuds haven’t dual paired correctly or you’re experiencing connection issues, performing a reset can help them dual pair correctly and clear any connection conflicts with previously paired devices.
Before you begin:
If you have previously paired these earbuds with any other devices at home - Make sure the earbuds are not connected to any previously paired devices. If necessary, turn off Bluetooth on those devices or remove “MIXX Switch S7” from their Bluetooth lists.
Follow these steps to reset your StreamBuds Switch S7:
- Place both earbuds in the charging case and ensure the lid is closed securely.
- Remove both earbuds from the case. They should automatically power on and attempt to dual pair.
- If both earbuds show a flashing white LED, this means they are in pairing mode but haven’t successfully dual paired.
- Tap each earbud’s touch sensor four times — one at a time. This will manually power them off.
- Place both earbuds back into the case again. Wait a moment.
- Now remove the earbuds from the case. They will automatically power up and attempt to dual pair.
- You’ll hear “Power on, Pairing,” followed by a short ”Beep”.
- One earbud’s LED will begin flashing white — this means the earbuds have now successfully dual paired and are ready to connect to your device.
- On your audio device, turn Bluetooth on and select “MIXX Switch S7” from the list of available Bluetooth devices.
- Once paired successfully, you will hear “Connected,” and the LED light will stop flashing.
Good to know:
After a successful reset and pairing, your StreamBuds Switch S7 will automatically reconnect to this device whenever removed from the case — provided Bluetooth is enabled.
