Whether you're setting them up for the first time or connecting to a new phone, follow the steps below for a smooth pairing experience with your Mixx StreamBuds Switch S7.
Tip: If your earbuds were previously paired with another device, remove “MIXX Switch S7” from that device’s Bluetooth list before starting.
If both earbuds are charged and powering on correctly, please follow these steps:
- Place both earbuds in the charging case, ensuring the lid is securely closed.
- Temporarily disable Bluetooth on the device you wish to pair with.
- If the earbuds were previously paired with any other nearby devices (e.g. Phones, tablets or laptops), we recommend turning off Bluetooth on those devices to prevent automatic reconnection.
- Remove both earbuds from the case. They will power on automatically, and you will hear the voice prompt: “Power on, Pairing.”
- After a few seconds, one earbud’s LED will begin flashing white, and you’ll hear a short “Beep.” This means the earbuds have successfully paired with each other and are ready to connect to your device.
- Turn Bluetooth back on on your chosen device and open the Bluetooth settings.
- Select “MIXX Switch S7” from the list of available devices.
- Once paired, you’ll hear the voice prompt: “Connected,” and the flashing LED will turn off, confirming successful connection.
Your StreamBuds Switch S7 will now automatically reconnect to the last paired device whenever they are removed from the charging case.
If the white LED on both earbuds is flashing continuously, this indicates that they haven’t successfully dual-paired.
To resolve this, reset the earbuds, then allow them to pair with each other before connecting to your device.
