How do I do a factory reset on my StreamBuds Custom 3 ?

To factory reset your StreamBuds Custom 3 earbuds, remove one earbud from the charging case and, while in pairing mode, tap the touch sensor 4 times until "power off" is announced, then return it to the case. Repeat the same steps with the other earbud. Once both have been reset, remove them from the case and pair them to your device.
