If you're only getting audio through one earbud, there are a few things to check.
First, make sure both earbuds are turning on.
You should see the LED lights activate or hear “Power on” when removing them from the case.
If one isn't responding, it may not be charged.
Place both earbuds back in the case and check that the LEDs light up to confirm charging.
If not, inspect and gently clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and inside the case using an alcohol or antiseptic wipe (avoid perfumed or soapy products).
Once you're confident both earbuds are charged and powering on, they may just need re-pairing.
Return them to the case and remove any saved “StreamBuds Custom 3” connections from the Bluetooth settings on all your devices. Then, turn Bluetooth off on your audio device temporarily.
Remove the earbuds from the case — they should power on automatically.
Allow them to dual pair, After a few seconds, only one earbud should be flashing, confirming they’ve paired with each other.
Turn Bluetooth back on and reconnect to “StreamBuds Custom 3” from your device’s menu.
You should now hear audio in both ears.
