How do I connect my StreamBuds Custom 3 to an audio device?

Whether you're setting them up for the first time or connecting to a new device, follow the steps below for a smooth pairing experience.

Tip: If your earbuds have been previously connected to other devices, remove them from those Bluetooth menus before starting.

If both earbuds are charged and turning on, please follow the below steps:

• Place both earbuds in the charging case.
• Turn off Bluetooth on the device you want to pair with – this prevents automatic reconnections.
• Remove the earbuds from the case. They should power on automatically; you’ll hear “Power on” from each, and the LEDs will light up.
• Wait for a moment. Only one earbud should start flashing after a short time, and you’ll hear a “beep” – this means they’ve paired with each other and are ready to connect.
• Switch Bluetooth back on and open your device’s Bluetooth settings.
• Look for “StreamBuds Custom 3” in the available devices list – there should only be one entry. Tap it to connect.
• Once connected, the earbuds will say “Connected” as confirmation.
