If your Mixx Airflow HeadPhones haven’t Dual Paired correctly or you’re experiencing connection issues, performing a reset can help them Dual Pair correctly and clear any connection conflicts with previously paired devices.
Before you begin:
If you have previously paired these earbuds with any other devices at home - Make sure the earbuds are not connected to any previously paired devices. If necessary, turn off Bluetooth on those devices or remove “MIXX AirFlow” from their Bluetooth lists.
Follow these steps to reset your Mixx AirFlow open ear HeadPhones:
Step 1: Remove previous Bluetooth connections
On your phone or connected device, remove “MIXX AirFlow” from the list of paired Bluetooth devices.
Temporarily switch off/disable Bluetooth on your device to prevent automatic reconnection during the reset process.
Step 2: Power off both headphones manually
Remove both headphones from the charging case.
Press and hold the button on the right headphone for 8–10 seconds until the voice prompts - "Power Off", then set it aside.
Repeat the same with the left headphone.
Step 3: Prepare for reset
Place both headphones back into the charging case.
Close the lid and leave them to charge for around 2 minutes.
Then open the lid and remove both headphones. Leave them aside for a moment — they should automatically power on and attempt to Dual Pair.
Step 4: Check the LED status
If the headphones are successfully Dual Paired, one will flash Red and White (master unit), and the other will flash White only (secondary unit) every few seconds.
If both are flashing Red and White, they haven't Dual Paired yet — return them to the case briefly, and repeat the reset process again.
Step 5: Reconnect to your device
Turn Bluetooth back on on your phone or device.
Select “MIXX AirFlow” from the list of available Bluetooth devices.
You should hear “Connected” and see the LED flashing White intermittently when in standby mode, fading away when audio is playing.
After a successful reset and pairing, your Mixx AirFlow HeadPhones will automatically reconnect to this device whenever removed from the case — provided Bluetooth is enabled.
