Pairing your Mixx AirFlow open-ear headphones is simple, whether it’s your first time using them or you’re connecting to a new device. Follow the steps below to get started:
Tip: If your Mixx AirFlow headphones were previously connected to another device, we recommend removing “MIXX AirFlow” from the Bluetooth list on that device before beginning.
Remove both headphones from the charging case. They will automatically Power on and enter pairing mode, with the voice prompt announcing: “Power On, Pairing.”
You’ll notice the LED indicators on both headphones flashing red and white. They will automatically Dual Pair in a few seconds, one headphone will become the Primary (or “master”) unit and will continue flashing Red and White.
The other headphone will become the Secondary (or "slave") unit and will flash White every few seconds. This means they have successfully Dual Paired with each other and are ready to connect to your device.
Open the Bluetooth settings on your phone, tablet or computer, and ensure Bluetooth is switched on.
From the list of available Bluetooth devices, tap “MIXX AirFlow” to connect. You’ll hear the voice prompt “Connected” confirming a successful pairing.
Once connected, both headphones’ LED indicators will begin flashing White intermittently while in standby mode. When the headphones are actively in use, this white light will fade away.
In future, your Mixx AirFlow headphones will automatically reconnect to the last paired device whenever they are removed from the charging case — saving you time and hassle.
