Why don’t the StreamBuds Switch D7 earbuds turn off when placed in the charging case?

If your StreamBuds Switch D7 earbuds remain powered on after being placed in the charging case, it's likely that the case itself is out of battery. Try recharging the charging case using the USB-Ccable provided. Once it has enough power, placing the earbuds inside should automatically switch them off.
