How do I properly charge the StreamBuds Switch D7, and how long does it take?

To charge the StreamBuds Switch D7 earbuds, place them inside the case and close the lid. Each earbud’s LED will glow white while charging, switching off once fully charged. The case’s LED will briefly illuminate white to indicate charging has started.

To charge the case, use the supplied USB-C cable and connect it to a suitable USB power source, such as a wall charger, computer or power bank. While charging, the LED on the front of the case will blink green and switch off once fully charged.

Charging both the earbuds and case together typically takes around 2 hours, depending on the power source. A quick 15-minute charge gives up to 2 hours of playback —  ideal for when you're in a hurry.

The case can recharge the earbuds up to two times when fully charged.

Tip: If there’s no response when first unpacking the product, plug in the charging case with the earbuds inside to ensure everything is powered and ready. 

Always use the original cable for best performance.
