If your MIXX StreamQ D3 ANC headphones aren’t connecting as expected or you’d simply like to clear any previously paired devices, you can reset them back to their original factory settings by following these steps:
- Begin by placing the headphones into pairing mode.
- To do this, first disconnect them from any previously paired devices. Then the LED light starts flashing blue and white, indicating the headphones are ready to pair.
- While in pairing mode, Press the multi-function button five times in succession.
- You’ll hear the voice prompt “Disconnected”, and the headphones will power off.
- After a few seconds, they’ll automatically power back on with the prompt “Power on”, and the LED will flash blue and white once again — ready to pair just like when first out of the box.
