If your MIXX StreamQ D3 ANC headphones aren’t turning on, connecting properly, or you're experiencing sound or charging issues, here are some quick steps to help get things working again.
Battery Check
Press and hold the power button for a few seconds. If there’s no sound or LED light, your headphones may simply need a recharge.
Connect the headphones using the USB-C charging cable provided and leave them to charge for at least 15 minutes. You should see a small white LED light while they’re charging.
If no light appears, try using a different cable or a reliable USB power source.
Resetting the Bluetooth Connection
Go to your phone or tablet’s Bluetooth settings, find ‘MIXX StreamQ D3’, and select ‘Forget’ or ‘Remove’.
Next, switch Bluetooth off on your device for a few moments.
Then, press and hold the power button on the headphones until the LED begins flashing blue and white — this means they’re in pairing mode.
Turn Bluetooth back on, and pair the headphones again by selecting ‘MIXX StreamQ D3’ from the list.
