If your Resonate Pro headphones are not working as expected, try the following:
- Charge the headphones: Connect them to the charger for at least 15 minutes.
- Reset pairing: Hold the Multifunction Button for 10 seconds until you hear a prompt or the LED flashes.
- Remove from Bluetooth settings: On your device, “forget” or remove the headphones from the paired list, then reconnect as new.
