If your MIXX StreamQ D2 headphones are powered on but you’re not hearing any sound, here are a few simple checks that may help resolve the issue.
Check the Volume
First things first — double-check that the volume is turned up on both your headphones and your connected device.
Try adjusting the volume using both your phone/tablet controls and the buttons on the headphones themselves.
Ensure Proper Connection
Make sure your headphones are properly connected to your device.
If you're using them wirelessly, confirm that ‘MIXX StreamQ D2’ appears as a connected device in your Bluetooth settings.
If using the 3.5mm audio cable, ensure both ends are fully plugged in — a loose connection can prevent sound from playing.
Try a Different Audio Source
Open a different app (like Spotify, YouTube, or Apple Music) or try playing a saved track on your device.
It’s possible that the issue lies with the app or content you were using, rather than the headphones themselves.
Reset the Bluetooth Connection
Remove or 'Forget' the StreamQ D2 from your device's Bluetooth settings.
Then, turn Bluetooth off and back on.
Now press and hold the power button on your headphones until the LED flashes blue and white, indicating pairing mode.
Reconnect the headphones from your Bluetooth list and try playing audio again.
Restart Your Device
A quick restart of your phone, tablet, or computer can sometimes fix unexpected sound issues — especially if the device has been running for a while or if multiple Bluetooth connections are interfering.
