How do I reset my StreamBuds Hybrid Charge 2 ?

To perform a factory reset on your StreamBuds Hybrid Charge 2:

1. Make sure the earbuds are not connected to any device or in pairing mode.
2. Remove one earbud from the charging case, leaving the other inside, and close the case lid.
3. While the earbud is in pairing mode, tap the touch sensor five times until you hear "Power off," then place the earbud back in the case.
4. Repeat this process for the second earbud and return it to the charging case once done.
5. Finally, take both earbuds out of the charging case, and they’ll be ready to pair with your device.
