How to reset my Streambuds ColourTwist earbuds?

Please follow the steps below to factory reset the earbuds;

• Turn off Bluetooth on your phone, tablet, or laptop.
• Open your device's Bluetooth menu and "Forget" or "Remove" the MIXX StreamBuds ColourTwist from the list of saved devices.
• Take both earbuds out of the charging case and let them turn on automatically.
• On the touch sensor of both earbuds, tap 4 to 5 times quickly.
• You will hear a series of tones or a "power off" voice prompt, and the earbuds will switch off.
• Place both earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. Leave them for about 10–15 seconds.
• Take both earbuds out of the case at the exact same time.
• Give them a few seconds to "Dual Pair" (sync back up to each other). When they have successfully connected to one another, only one earbud's LED light will flash, indicating it is ready to connect to your phone.
• Turn your phone's Bluetooth back on, scan for devices, and select MIXX StreamBuds ColourTwist to pair them
