Is your speaker connected to the device you are trying to play music from?
- First, check your speaker is charged and turning on.
- If not, un-pair the speakers from the device they are connected to, you can follow this guide to connect them to your new chosen device.
- Check you have the "Bluetooth" volume turned up on your device, or that the app or website you are viewing is not muted.
- Make sure you do not have a Micro SD card, USB flash drive or 3.5mm audio cable connected to the speaker.
- Try using a 3.5mm audio cable (supplied) with the speaker, this will confirm the speaker is working correctly.
