If the speaker does not appear in your Bluetooth device list, first confirm that it has enough battery and is powered on and also in pairing mode. The LED indicator should be flashing white to indicate this.
If the speaker is not visible on the Bluetooth device list, please try the following:
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone, tablet, or computer.
- Move the speaker closer to the device you are pairing.
- Refresh the Bluetooth device search on your device.
- Turn Bluetooth off and back on again.
- Restart both the speaker and the device you are trying to connect.
- Check whether the speaker is already connected to another nearby device.
Once the speaker enters pairing mode successfully, it should appear as "SoundQ DB5" in the list of available Bluetooth devices.
