First check that the speaker is connected to power turned on.
If when the speaker is turned on you hear them say "Connect" this means that the last device they were paired to has automatically re-connected to them.
You will need to locate this device and un-pair the xBoost POP from the Bluetooth menu.
If the xBoost POP speaker does not appear in your Bluetooth menu try the following:
- Check there is no Micro SD card, USB flash drive or 3.5mm audio cable connected to the speaker.
- For android device tap the "Scan" button at the top of the Bluetooth menu and check for the xBoost POP entry again
- Check you are not already connected to another Bluetooth audio product, so you device is not allowing an additional connection.
- Try turning your Bluetooth audio device off and on again.
