First check that the headphones are charged and turning on when the multi-function power button is held.
If when the headphones are turned on you hear them say "Connect" this means that the last device they were paired to has automatically re-connected to them.
You will need to locate this device and un-pair the OX2 headphones from the Bluetooth menu.
If the OX2 headphones are flashing BLUE and RED, and do not appear in your Bluetooth menu try the following:
- For android device tap the "Scan" button at the top of the Bluetooth menu and check for the OX2 headphones entry again
- Check you are not already connected to another Bluetooth audio product, so you device is not allowing an additional connection.
- Try turning your Bluetooth audio device off and on again.
If they are still not connecting please contact our support team using this link.
