First check that the headphones are charged and turning on when the Touch Sensor is held.
If when the headphones are turned on you hear them say "Connect" this means that the last device they were paired to has automatically re-connected to them.
You will need to locate this device and un-pair the EX1 headphones from the Bluetooth menu.
If the EX1 headphones are flashing BLUE and WHITE, and do not appear in your Bluetooth menu try the following:
- For android device tap the "Scan" button at the top of the Bluetooth menu and check for the EX1 headphones entry again
- Check you are not already connected to another Bluetooth audio product, so you device is not allowing an additional connection.
- Try turning your Bluetooth audio device off and on again.
