How do I factory reset my StreamBuds ANC Charge earbuds?

To factory reset your StreamBuds ANC Charge earbuds, start by switching off Bluetooth on your mobile phone to avoid any automatic reconnection during the reset process.

Remove the right earbud from the charging case and close the lid.

Then, holding the right earbud, tap the touch sensor five times until you hear the voice prompt “power off.” Once powered off, set the earbud aside.

Next, take the left earbud out of the charging case and repeat the same process: tap the touch sensor five times until “power off” is announced.

With both earbuds powered off, place them back into the charging case, close the lid, and leave them to charge for around two minutes.

After this, remove both earbuds from the case. They should enter pairing mode automatically. 

You can now turn Bluetooth back on and reconnect the earbuds to your device.
