If you're having trouble with your StreamBuds Colour Chroma 1, don’t worry — there are a few things you can check to get them working again.
First, make sure both earbuds are switching on. You’ll know they’re powered up if the LED on each earbud lights up or if you hear “Power on” when you take them out of the charging case. If either earbud doesn’t turn on, it’s likely a charging issue.
Place the earbuds back into the charging case and check whether the LED on each earbud lights up. If you don’t see any lights, it’s possible there’s an issue with the charging connection. These should be clean and free of dust or debris. If needed, gently wipe them using an alcohol or antiseptic wipe — avoid anything scented or soapy, as these can interfere with the connection.
If the earbuds still aren’t charging or turning on after cleaning, please contact our support team using this link — they’ll be happy to assist you.
If both earbuds are charged and powering on, the next step is to reset the connection.
Begin by placing both earbuds back into the case.
Then, remove all existing ‘StreamBuds Colour Chroma 1’ entries from the Bluetooth settings on every device in your home. Once that’s done, turn off Bluetooth on your audio device.
Remove the earbuds from the case and check that they both power on.
After a few seconds, only one earbud should be flashing — this means it’s ready to pair.
Turn Bluetooth back on, search for the StreamBuds Colour Chroma 1 in your device’s Bluetooth menu and connect as normal.
If you're still having issues after following these steps, don't hesitate to contact our support team here. We’ll help you get everything sorted.
