How do I do a Factory reset on my StreamBuds Sports Charge 2 earbuds?

To factory reset your StreamBuds Sports Charge 2 earbuds,

Remove one earbud from the charging case and, while in pairing mode, tap the touch sensor 4 times until it flashes white and blue twice, then return it to the case. Repeat the same with the other earbud. Once both have been reset, take them out of the case and pair them to your device.
