If your Mixx StreamQ C2 headphones are not connecting to your device, please follow the steps below:
- Ensure the headphones are charged and switched on.
Press and hold the Multi-function Button until you hear the “Power-On” prompt and see the LED indicator light up. - Check for automatic reconnection.
If you hear the headphones say “Connected” upon switching them on, they may have automatically reconnected to the last device they were paired with.
In this case, locate that device and remove or ‘forget’ the C2 headphones from its Bluetooth settings. - If the LED is flashing blue and white, the headphones are in pairing mode but have not yet connected. If they do not appear in your device’s Bluetooth list, try the following:
-
- On your audio device, refresh the Bluetooth settings page to update the list of available devices.
- Ensure your device is not already connected to another Bluetooth audio product, as this may prevent it from connecting to the C2 headphones.
- Turn your device’s Bluetooth off and back on again to restart the connection process.
- If necessary, restart your device and attempt pairing once more.
