If you’re experiencing issues with no sound coming from your Mixx StreamQ C3 headphones, please try the following checks and steps:
-
Ensure the headphones are charged properly and powered on.
Press and hold the Multi-function Button until you hear the “Power on” prompt and see the LED light indicator. If they are not charging, Kindly use a different charging cable or power socket to charge the SteamQ C3 HeadPhones. -
Confirm that the headphones are connected to the correct device.
Are they currently paired with the device from which you are attempting to play audio?
If they are connected to a different device, you will need to unpair them from that device via its Bluetooth settings. You can then follow our pairing guide to connect them to your preferred device. -
Check the audio and Bluetooth volume levels.
Ensure that the Bluetooth volume is turned up on your device, and that the media or application you are using is not muted. Some apps or websites may have separate volume controls that can override your device settings. -
Test using a 3.5mm audio cable.
Connect a 3.5mm audio cable between your device and the headphones. This will help determine whether the internal speakers in both ear-cups are functioning correctly.
If you have completed the steps above and the headphones still do not produce any sound, please contact our Customer Support Team. We’ll be happy to assist you further.
