If your left earbud isn’t charging, check if the protective pull tab, insulating tab, or battery isolator tab has been removed. This small plastic tab prevents the battery drain during storage and shipping to keep the charging case powered until it reaches the customer.
To fix this issue:
- Remove the earbud from the charging case.
- Check the bottom of the earbud for a small plastic tab covering the charging contacts.
- If the tab is present, peel it off completely.
- Place the earbud back into the case and check if it starts charging.
