First check you speaker is charged and turned on.
Is your speaker connected to the device you are trying to play music from?
If not un-pair the headphones from the device they are connected to, you can follow this guide to connect them to your new chosen device.
Make sure you do not have a Micro SD card, USB flash drive or 3.5mm audio cable connected to the speaker.
Check you have the "Bluetooth" volume turned up on your device, or that the app or website you are viewing is not muted.
Try using a 3.5mm audio cable (sold separately) with the speaker, this will confirm the speaker is working correctly.
