The MIXX StreamPort transmitter is a compact device that lets you stream audio wirelessly from a non-Bluetooth device — such as a TV, stereo system or computer — to your Bluetooth headphones, speakers, or audio receiver. In short, it adds Bluetooth functionality to devices that don’t already have it built in.
To get started:
- Connect the MIXX StreamPort transmitter to your TV using either the included optical audio cable or the 3.5mm audio cable, depending on your TV’s audio output.
- Then connect the USB-C power cable to any standard USB-A power source, such as your TV’s USB port or a compatible 5V wall plug.
- The transmitter should automatically power on once connected.
Next, power on both the StreamQ Surround headphones and the transmitter.
They should pair automatically within a few seconds — you’ll know they’re connected when the LED indicators on both devices remain solid (no longer flashing).
If the headphones don’t connect straight away, make sure they’re not currently paired with another device and that both the headphones and the transmitter are in pairing mode.
