Connecting via Bluetooth (First Time Pairing)

Pairing your MIXX StreamQ Headphones is quick and easy. If you’ve just taken them out of the box, they’ll automatically be in pairing mode the first time you power them on. Here's what to do:

1. Press and hold the multi-function button for 1 second until you hear “Power on, pairing.”
2. The LED will flash red and blue.
3. On your device, select “StreamQ Surround” from the Bluetooth list.
4. Once connected, you'll hear “Connected” and the LED will turn off,  your headphones are now ready to use wirelessly.

The headphones will automatically reconnect to your device every time you switch them on, as long as Bluetooth is enabled.

Having Trouble Pairing?

If you're having difficulty connecting your MIXX StreamQ Headphones:

• Double-check that the headphones are in pairing mode (red and blue flashing LED).
• Ensure no other device is actively connected to the headphones.
• Remove the headphones from your device’s Bluetooth list and try again from scratch.
